We’re happy to announce that we have worked with our colleagues from the LSG Group to create and implement a boutique home delivery platform for Eurowings called “Wingsshoppen”. The home delivery platform allows Eurowings passengers to purchase boutique items up to 90 days before their trip via the airline’s website and have them delivered directly to their home.
As part of a mutual innovation strategy with Eurowings, LSG Retail GmbH – which operates as a part of Retail inMotion in Germany – and LSG Sky Chefs in Hannover, Germany, collaborated to conceptualize the platform, support its implementation and, now, continue to operate the logistics behind the home delivery system.
LSG Retail is responsible for category management and product selection. Order fulfillment and delivery logistics for ordered items are organized by our partners at LSG Sky Chefs in Hanover, Germany.
