Onboard Hospitality Award

Once a year, Retail inMotion enters its best products into the Onboard Hospitality Awards. With over 16 categories, including the Industry Champions, there is a huge volume of entries from companies serving the airline, railway, cruise, and ferry industries. An expert judging panel, including Readers’ Votes, identifies the “Winners” and “Highly Commended”. Products are assessed on: Innovation, First Impression, Quality, Durability, Lifespan, Weight, Usefulness, Design, Functionality, Taste, Content, and Adding to the Customer Experience.

As the CTO at RiM, I am responsible for the global technology strategy. While overseeing Product, Engineering, Delivery, IT Ops and Security, I also enjoy the challenge of scaling RiM's technology capabilities for the next phase of growth for the company, and building a high performance organisation to deliver it.
