Two years ago, we announced that Retail inMotion entered into a contract to manage the onboard retail program of LATAM Group Airlines on domestic flights in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.

Retail inMotion provides LATAM Airlines not only with our 360° OBR capabilities (such as Category Management, Crew Engagement and Operations) but also with our proprietary technology platform – Vector – for the management of the end-to-end inflight retail experience.

How did we get here? For starters, Retail inMotion handles tight deadlines and maintains high standards of work, thus allowing for rapid transformations so that both parties can embrace a rapid pace of change. Our team of experts ensures that changes are thoroughly and smoothly implemented, which is why full implementation was achieved within a year.
