Just a few weeks ago, a very special convoy arrived from Cologne to Frankfurt, Germany. A team from our customer, Eurowings, travelled south for a milestone menu presentation for their new Business Class concept: BIZclass. Eurowings, which is focused on cost-conscious passengers, is set to be the first low-cost airline to offer a proper Business Class on selected long-haul flights.
As a long term partner of Retail inMotion, our expert Retail inMotion team in Cologne was there to support Eurowings at every step of the way in developing their new BIZclass meal concept. We maximized synergies within the LSG Group and worked closely with our teammates from LSG Sky Chefs to co-develop a menu offering for Eurowings that is both delicious, trendy and appealing to passengers.
The new BIZclass offering with Eurowings will serve to complement their existing onboard retail program for long haul flights.
The LSG Group and Eurowings have been working together since 2002. The partnership continues at present through Retail inMotion, which organizes more than 175,000 flights each year for the airline.
