In this position, you have operational responsibility for a customer in the field of onboard retail. You will be required to ensure the perfect and punctual performance of the service for our customers every day. Furthermore, you are responsible for projects ranging from detailed planning to successful implementation, ensuring a constant communication exchange with the project participants and the relevant departments. How you will make a difference:
- Manage logistical processes and business relationships with the service providers;
- Ensure a flawless execution in the assigned area of responsibility and the most cost-effective use of all production factors;
- Develop and monitor performance indicators and productivity indicators;
- Definition of the product range in cooperation with the relevant internal contact person and the customer;
- Ensuring proper process execution to guarantee the reliability of the IT systems;
- Carry out potential analyzes in order to reduce costs for resources and materials;
- Jointly responsible for sales and customer satisfaction on board and recommending measures to increase them;
- Controlling regular feedback rounds with the crew and the customer;
- Data-based loading planning and creation of packing plans;
- Development and further development of best practice processes and transfer to other departments.
