Retail inMotion (Ireland) Limited has published its Gender Pay Gap Report 2024.
In our first year of reporting, the report shows that our female employees are well represented throughout the business, despite an overall male majority, especially in tech roles in the upper quartiles.
The gender pay gap is a mean of 7.71% when we look at the organisation across each of the quartiles, however it is only in the lower quartile where our female employees earn on average more than their male counterparts.
Bonus payments in 2024 were limited to a small discretionary cohort of 26 employees, with the mean favouring female employees.
As an equal opportunities’ employer, Retail inMotion is dedicated to eliminating the gender pay gap and we continue to monitor our performance in this area.
