We are looking for a Product Designer to join us and work alongside our product teams.

At Retail inMotion you’ll ship fast, but you’ll ship to learn. You’ll research every project and asses your assumptions. You’ll build prototypes to test these assumptions. A designer you will drive this process – from ideation and planning to development and launch. You will work directly with product and engineering to deliver simple and thoughtful experiences to our users.
How you will make a difference:
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users;
- Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant;
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to oversee the user experience of a product from ideation until launch;
- Facilitate and participate in product design workshops;
- Build wireframes and early-stage prototypes to test your assumptions;
- Produce design artefacts for every stage of the design process: wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobile to production quality standards;
- Create style guides and design pattern libraries.
The skills you will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience with a strong focus on UI and UX Research;
- Experience designing for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile web, Desktop, etc.);
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design (visual design, interaction design and information archicture;
- A good understanding of UI guidelines and web patterns and design frameworks;
- Passion for the customer experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, InVision and the Adobe cloud;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Understanding of the principles of User Centred Design process, Universal Design (Accessibility) & cognitive psychology (human Behaviour;
- Proven ability to work in an agile environment.
