Our global team of retail, product and technology specialists, curates, implements and operates bespoke retail programs, encompassing food & beverage, boutique and duty free, supported by our pioneering proprietary Vector technology platform.

We offer a truly end-to-end solution: designing sustainable retail concepts, packaging and menus; managing procurement, supply chain, packing and distribution; driving sales with crew engagement, training and promotions; and supplying hardware and software to facilitate seamless transactions and payment reconciliation.

As the CTO at RiM, I am responsible for the global technology strategy. While overseeing Product, Engineering, Delivery, IT Ops and Security, I also enjoy the challenge of scaling RiM's technology capabilities for the next phase of growth for the company, and building a high performance organisation to deliver it.
