We’re thrilled to announce that our team in Latin America has officially completed the final “go live” for LATAM Airlines’ new onboard retail program.
Earlier this year, we announced that Retail inMotion would be partnering with LATAM as they introduced their new program – Mercado – on domestic flights in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Since the beginning of the year, our team has been working diligently to help the airline prepare for the change in service models by training crews, prepping devices and organizing logistics in countries across Latin America. As of last week, we’ve officially completed the “go live” in the last country – Ecuador.
Now that we’ve finished the roll out, it doesn’t mean that our job is done. Stay tuned in the coming weeks and months as we give you an update on the how the program is doing and how we’re continually supporting the airline to make improvements on their already world-class customer offering.
