Hardware Administrator

Here at Retail inMotion the Hardware Team are responsible for the configuration, logistics and stock control of all hardware devices used by some of the world’s largest airlines. As part of this team, the Hardware Administrator will collaborate daily with the wider IT Department and Account Managers within a fast-paced, agile development environment.

How you will make a difference:

  • Working with ePOS systems
  • Configuring Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices
  • Strict recording of data for inbound and outbound devices
  • Maintaining clean work station
  • Following process’s correctly (updating tracking systems)
  • Communicating with different departments
  • Setting up devices for clients
  • Replacing hardware
  • Managing returns and repairs
  • Basic Triage devices
  • Preparing shipments
  • Provide support to existing client

The skills you will bring:

  • Knowledge of ePOS devices
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
  • MDM experience (Soti, MobileIron, Workspace One), hardware repair experience and asset tracking knowledge will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of process’s, device management and excellent tracking skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good troubleshooting skills to find solutions to problems that may arise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel if necessary
  • Full European drivers license
  • Minimum of a Stamp 4 Visa to work here in Ireland
