Returns

  • In order to return an item you will need to send an email to our returns department in and obtain an ARN number (Authorised Return Number)
  • The email should be sent to with your order number as the subject and ‘Please issue an ARN number for the….’ as well as a brief explanation why you are returning the item as the body
  • This email must reach us within 7 working days of receipt of goods and once we have replied with your ARN number you will have a further 7 working days to return the goods. Please ensure the ARN number is written clearly on the outside of the parcel
  • We will not accept goods outside of the time frame, other than for faulty items and will not accept returns for items that have been used/consumed.
  • We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as were sent from our depot and will only be accepted if returned in the original box in an undamaged condition (Please also use protective outer packaging)
  • A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including taxes, but excluding shipping or return courier costs
  • If you wish to have an exchange or report a faulty item the same returns email address should be used
